Failure to do so will delay your order. We package our items as securely as possible. Heavy items will be boxed and lighter items will be bagged in heavy duty postmail bags.

However any parcels that have damaged packaging must be checked before accepting the parcel from the courier. We can not take any liability for any missing pieces or items as all our parcels are double checked before dispatch. Accepting a damaged/ripped/torn parcel means you accept liability for the goods. All international parcels will be boxed and very well secured.
